There is a widespread trend in the tech industry to be data-driven. Though being data-driven helps to prevent opinion-based decision making (and yes HIPPO syndrome), there is still a better way to make decisions; it is data-informed decision-making. There is a key difference in data-driven companies and data-informed companies.
