CLV — A simple framework for product thinking

Product thinking helps in two ways:

  1. It identifies the right problem to solve at the right time
  2. It finds the best way to solve the problem

Using product thinking, product managers can prioritize the most important problems and their solutions within the constraints of time, resources, etc.
